Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is comprised of a group of dedicated community leaders who provide governance for Le Jardin Academy. The Board's kuleana is to guide the character, mission and culture of LJA while ensuring that the school thrives operationally while pursing its strategic plan.
The Trustees meet regularly as a board and also in working committees, collaborating closely with leadership to advance LJA's mission and vision.

The Executive Team advances the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of LJA by providing thoughtful leadership, fostering collaboration, and aligning the work of the School with its long-term goals. Guided by a deep sense of kuleana, the Executive Team also serves to mālama the culture of LJA by modeling, nurturing, and strengthening the values, relationships, and shared commitments that define and sustain our community.
