LJA is sponsoring all students and up to two guests for the Banquet May 30th at Mid-Pacific Country Club.  Please indicate below how many will be attending and their names for the tickets will be issued and available for pickup in the MS Office starting May 1st. *PLEASE NOTE due to the venue size we have limited seating. All efforts will be made to accommodate additional requests after all families have responded. Students with dual households please contact the MS Office for assistance.
