Tuition
When measured in terms of the success, happiness, and fulfillment of your child, an LJA education is the best investment you will ever make. Tuition covers approximately 90 percent of the cost of educating a student with the balance coming from ancillary income, fundraising and gifts.

We offer three tuition payment plans: Annual, Semester, Monthly.
Multi-child discounts are applied for third child (10%) and fourth child (25%).
Tuition Breakdown
In addition to an outstanding International Baccalaureate education, tuition also includes access to technology, certain counseling and learning support costs, field trip fees, student government activities and yearbook.
Pre-Kindergarten-Junior Kindergarten tuition includes classroom supplies including book and ebook fees, and iPad.
Kindergarten-Grade 2 tuition includes all classroom supplies including book and ebook fees, and iPad.
Grades 3-5 tuition includes all classroom supplies including book and ebook fees, Chromebook, CSAL sports, and book locker.
Grades 6-8 tuition includes certain classroom supplies including book and ebook fees, I-Term activities, admission to ILH sport events in which LJA is competing, book locker, and athletic locker.
Grades 9-12 tuition includes certain classroom supplies, on-island I-Term activities, admission to ILH sport events in which LJA is competing, book locker, athletic locker, and PSAT fees for Grades 10 and 11.
Tuition Protection Plan
Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition as stated in the enrollment contract. The school cannot refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if your child withdraws. If your child withdraws, the Tuition Protection Plan (TPP) will provide financial assistance in meeting your financial obligations.
The Le Jardin Academy Tuition Protection Plan (“TPP”) covers:
- Withdrawal for medical reasons;
- Withdrawal for other than medical reasons; and
- Dismissal from the school.
