Registration and Payment Information

2024 Spring Schedule (January-May)

Kindergarten: Wednesdays 2:35-5:00pm Start Date: January 24th, 2024

1st-2nd Grade: Tuesdays 2:35-5:00pm Start Date: January 23rd, 2024

3rd-4th Grade: Thursdays 2:45-5:00pm Start Date: January 25th, 2024

5th-6th Grade: Mondays 2:55-5:00pm Start Date: January 22nd, 2024

7th-8th Grade: Fridays 3:15-5:15pm Start Date: January 26th, 2024

Session Fees

Session pricing for all grades: $375.00

Session fee includes 12 days of after school adventures. We sometimes have to reschedule an after school adventure due to inclement weather, which includes heavy prolonged rainfall, Flash Flood Warning, High Wind Advisory, and/or lightning. If we have to reschedule due to weather, make up days will take place at the end of the regularly scheduled session. For this reason, our sessions can sometimes run longer than the scheduled amount of time.

Payment Information

Wild Kids Hawai’i after school program is now partnered program with Le Jardin Academy. All payments will be processed through SchoolDoc. You may pay online at time of registration, or send a check. If you would like to send a check, please email us at wildkidshawaii@gmail.com for more information.

Registration & Refund Policy: Your child’s spot is confirmed once a completed registration form and payment have been received. If you decide to withdraw your child from the session, you may do so at any time. However, refunds will only be issued through the first week of the session. Please email us with any questions regarding our registration & refund policy.

Our session fees cover Wild Guide salaries, first aid supplies, leadership training for our Junior Counselors, and various office related costs.

We do our very best to keep Wild Kids affordable for all families. If you find that the session fee is outside of your budget, please contact our team at wildkidshawaii@gmail.com. We will work with your family to ensure your child is able to participate.
