Hello Parents, this year we will be offering the non-graded optional arts elective (formerly SEA block arts) within the students' regular class schedule. Please fill out this form in order to assist with scheduling your child's OPTIONAL arts activity.  Please include a second choice as we will be filling classes based on response time and once a class has met the maximum roster number your child will be placed into his/her second choice.  Students not interested in participating in any of the arts electives, please just indicate so below. Your child may elect to join one of these classes later in the year if the desired class is available in his/her schedule.  Please contact the MS Office if you have further questions.
