Hello Students, please fill out this form in order to assist with scheduling your OPTIONAL arts activity.  Please include a second choice as we will be filling classes based on response time and once a class has met the maximum roster number you will be placed into your second choice.  Students not interested in participating in any of the arts electives, please just indicate so below. You may elect to join one of these classes later in the year if the desired class is available in your schedule.  Please contact the MS Office if you have further questions.
