![]() Message from the Athletic Director Please remember to stay active during summer months. Our athletes have trained hard all year long to gain cardiovascular conditioning and muscle tone. It takes a week for your muscles to start to atrophy and 5 weeks to build them up before differences can be seen. It is important to continue to lift weights and find some healthy activities that get your heart rate up while out of season. The LJA weight room is available for use from 3:30-5:30pm M-F or by appointment with Dave Cosier, strength and conditioning coach.
