Incoming Dates September 25 Professional Development Day (No School for Students) October 6 PK Picture Day October 7 JK Picture Day October 12 Discovers' Day Holiday (No School) Aloha mai, It's been an exciting week back on campus and it finally feels like things are getting back to a new normal. Our students have been very resilient with all the new changes, including courtyard drop offs, transitions, and new school safety procedures. Our teachers have been diligently working to educate our students on the importance of mask wearing, and wearing their masks properly. Your children have had a blast this week at school, and may have mentioned some new fun at recess. In our courtyard we've begun setting up our big blue building blocks for our students to use at recess. Our students used their imagination and teamwork to build and create structures with these foam blocks. Oct. 6 PK Oct. 7 JK Please send students to school dressed in their outfit for photos. You may bring a change of clothes for afterward. No payment or orders needed at this time. You'll be receiving proofs along with ordering information. The background color is white.
The Junior School recently conducted a successful fire drill. During the drill, students are escorted out of the classrooms into the parking lot away from the buildings. Roll is taken and everyone is accounted for. Additional drills will be conducted on a monthly basis throughout the school year.
Friday folders will be sent home at the end of the week. Inside you will find student work and any communication from your child's teacher. Please be sure to return Friday folders when returning to school the following week.
