What does the "F" in PFA represent?
Fun! Fabulous! Faculty and StaFF!
Here at Le Jardin Academy, we are FORTUNATE to have such a FANTASTIC team of FACULTY and staFF! Your PFA supports your school community in many ways. From providing yummy FOOD after virtual concert recordings, to Ice Cream Socials in Middle and High School, Coffee Carts and Senior Exam Survival Kits. Check out some pictures that capture our dedicated volunteers. Events over the next few days will be highlighted in our first issue of 2021.

In Middle School the FESTIVITIES
included a drop in to-go breakfast. Our Middle School Representative, Blair, presented a delicious spread of coffee and tea, yogurts, fruits, and pastries for the team.
A delicious afternoon ice cream social for our Middle Schoolers is slated for Friday. Photos to follow in January.
FESTIVITIES continue at the Junior School.
PFA Representative and Chief Elf, Johanna, along with her volunteers decorated the Junior School for our kiddos to enjoy!
Mahalo to all the Merry Makers! All these preparations are for Winter Wonderland celebration at our Junior School.
We express our gratitude to Hawaii Stage and Lighting for their generous donation to this FUN-FILLED event for our littlest bulldogs!
Photos will run in our January edition.
High School PFA elves...
were hard at work making minty bags for our faculty and staff to express appreciation for their commitMINT, investMINT, encourageMINT and involveMINT through these crazy covid days of the first semester. They also celebrated our Seniors with Senior Survival Kits -- inspirational quotes, energy food (aka candy) and school supplies like highlighters and sharpies.
Mahalo to PFA Representatives Rori and Linda, and their creative volunteer Ruth!
Toys for Tots Collection Update
Since 2014, the PFA has supported the USMC Reserves in their annual holiday toy drive, Toys For Tots. Last year, the island-wide collection gathered over 35,000 gifts for 21,000 O'ahu keiki. This year, due do the difficult economic times, the need is greater than years past.
The Le Jardin Community, with additional donations from the greater Kailua community filled EIGHT boxes to the brim!
Over these past seven years, this community service project has collected 59 boxes of toys to help brighten the holidays of needy children on O'ahu. We sincerely appreciate the contributions from all of our families.
