May 27, 2021 Lower School Principal Message Aloha Lower School 'Ohana,
Another year in the books! It has been quite a year and my heart is full of gratitude for our passionate faculty and staff, resilient young learners, and supportive parents like you! I want to thank our Medical Hui and Board of Trustees as well as Earl Kim and our Management Team for supporting the Lower School in navigating the pandemic this year. I also want to thank Lori Praetorius, Rebecca Postema, and Lisa Ventura for keeping the Lower School running smoothly through it all!
Next year, Emily Craig and Eric Ameng will not be returning as they are moving on to new endeavors. Suzie Gamble will be teaching English and French in the Middle School. We wish them all the best!
We wish a fond farewell to our families who are moving off island next year and to our fifth grade families who are moving on to Middle School. Please stay in touch and don't forget to visit us!
We are gearing up for another great year in 2021-22! See you next year!
Aloha, Leah
