n/a

Le Jardin Academy's Middle and High School robotics team received notice this week that our team won a $6,000 grant from NASA in support of the FIRST Robotics Competition. The grant was written in large part by senior Ke'alohi Young who is a founding member of LJA's high school program. Combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology, FIRST Robotics Competition is called the ultimate Sport for the Mind. High-school student participants call it "the hardest fun you'll ever have." LJA's team #7548 will be a rookie team this spring.
