Legacy Giving

Leave a lasting legacy at Le Jardin Academy that will benefit students for generations to come.

In your estate plans, you can make a bequest to LJA by designating a portion of your estate as a gift to the School in your will or living trust. Or, you can also designate Le Jardin Academy as a beneficiary of your retirement account or life insurance policy. These gifts cost you nothing now and provide support for LJA's future.

A bequest is a gift from your estate — a transfer of cash, securities, or other property — made through your estate plans. A bequest costs you nothing now and enables you to contribute to Le Jardin Academy’s excellence far into the future.

The advantages of creating a bequest include:

  • You retain access to your assets during your lifetime.
  • Bequests are easily modified if circumstances change.
  • Charitable gifts are exempt from federal estate taxes.

Questions? We can help

We are here to help you design a gift that aligns your philanthropic priorities with those of LJA. Please contact Courtney Chow, Executive Director of Advancement at (808) 261-0707 x1740 or courtney.chow@lejardinacademy.org for personal assistance.

When you provide for Le Jardin Academy’s future by making a gift in your will or trust, you reaffirm your commitment to the importance of rooting students in a strong sense of community while equipping them to achieve excellence, develop sound character, and positively impact our world — locally and globally. Your gift is a thoughtful expression of transformational support for future generations of LJA students.
