A Campaign for Le Jardin Academy

The Arts & Innovation Center (A&IC) welcomed students on January 6, 2026.
Let the creativity and innovative learning commence!

We invite our entire community--parents, grandparents, alumni, alumni parents, partners, and friends--to come together to lift One Build, a two-project capital project to create the conditions necessary for our growing learning community to connect, create, and design their way to a better tomorrow. This perfectly practical vision – realized – makes MORE possible for ALL students, now and into the future, and sets the stage for future growth and expansion.  

Today, we celebrate the magic of the LJA ‘Ohana being united on one campus thanks to The ALTRES Preschool Building,  and the opening of the Arts & Innovation Center (A&IC). Together, these campus developments comprise a once-in-a-decade milestone that will benefit generations to come.  Across campus, our growing community of changemakers, artists and innovators  are enjoying new spaces and opportunities to thrive as they curate their own individual pathways to impact. Inspiration will abound and creativity is flourishing, all made possible by an outpouring of support from generous donors and partners in the good work!

Space for Arts & Innovation

In January 2026, LJA opened an Arts & Innovation Center with purposeful, practical space right in the heart of campus, uniting our Middle and High Schools and serving students in grades 6-12. With 15,150 SF of student-centered program space, inspiration will abound and creativity will flourish in dynamic new spaces. 

Highlights of the new building include:

Celebrating One 'Ohana on One Campus!

In September of 2025 Le Jardin Academy opened the doors to The ALTRES Preschool building, welcoming our PK and JK families to  the main campus once and for all! This move comes after decades of leasing space in a local church and making use of small, portable structures. Beyond six beautiful new classrooms and a Reggio-inspired playground, our Preschool students now benefit from access to:

• Primary Library & Media Center
• Science Labs
• King Forest, surrounding campus
• Kahanaiki, within Kawainui Marsh
• Security 
• School Nurse
• Pool, Fields, Gym, Auditorium
• Increased collaboration for all ages
